You’ve probably seen the news that the Trump administration is once again allowing the use of M-44 “cyanide bombs” to kill coyotes, foxes and other predators on public lands. The spring-activated devices are designed to release a deadly dose of poison into the face of whatever animal triggers it.
What you may not have read is where these notoriously cruel devices are made? M-44 devices (along with poisonous baits, traps and other supplies that government agents use to kill wildlife) are put together and distributed by the USDA’s Pocatello Supply Depot (238 East Dillon Street) in Pocatello, Idaho.
